The Community Manager is responsible for building community through both online and offline channels. The Community Manager will engage, educate, and advocate on behalf of our community and will work cross-functionally throughout the organization to optimize the user experience. Your work will include serving as a resource and support center our community of social innovators, crafting content for our local social channels and ultimately ensuring that Sinnhub´s community is front and center in everything we do.
Duration: 3 up to 6 months

1.25-hours weekly remote internship directly in our HQ in Vienna, Austria. (Maybe remotely)

2.Serve as a resource and ambassador to Social Innovation community

3.Provide support and account management to a growing number of applicants and social media followers.

4.Work closely with our team at HQ to identify opportunities to nurture and engage your new markets.

5.Collaborate with Content team to maintain local content calendar and digital presence across social channels

6.Help grow local community through marketing efforts, including field marketing, partnerships and email marketing

As a UX Designer you will be developing & working our web and mobile platforms within the field of Management, Data Base, and IT solution for the NGO and social impact sector.
Duration: 3 up to 6 months. 


1.Improve business strategies, conceptualize it in an experiential way, and then present it with clearly visualized mocks.

2.Provide flexible solutions for our stakeholders needs

3.Be involved in the whole process from concept to development.

4.Collaborate throughout the entire SDLC and will work directly with back end and front end development

5.Develop user flows, wire frames, prototypes and usability analyses

6.Design desktop and mobile optimized interfaces for business applications.

7.Cross collaborate with different teams to design and improve product features and contribute to the development of new products.

8.Create custom graphics that help tell a story to the users.

Technical Requirements

-1+ years UX design experience for software and web applications which leverage emergent technologies

-Experience in an innovative, fast-paced development environment

-Experience working in Agile development environment

-Interest and/or Experience in the following areas:

a) Conceptualization

b) Visual Communication

c)Design skills

d)Attention to detail

e) Experience creating wire frames and visual design compositions

f) Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Axure, and other UX tools.

g) Ability to execute UI prototypes and visualizations

h) Capability of creating beautiful and creative user-interface designs

i) Understanding of common software project management practices such as Agile/Scrum

j) A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered methodologies
